Returns & Refunds

At Nakama, we take care in sourcing and preparing every order. If something isn't right, please reach out to us at support@nakamamatcha.com.au.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind reasons

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nakamamatcha.com.au.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

This will be reviewed promptly and a suitable resolution will be offered, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment account. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to appear.

Shipping Issues

Nakama Matcha is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers
  • lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting AusPost directly. We are always happy to assist where we can.
