Nakama Organic Dark Roast Hojicha is made from authentically roasted and finely ground green tea leaves directly sourced from Kyushu, Japan. Rich, toasty and chocolatey with nutty undertones, it reveals a rich brown colour. Naturally low in caffeine, this hojicha is perfect for relaxing evenings and quiet moments.

Preparation Methods & Ratios
Hojicha Latte: Use 4g of hojicha and 15ml (room temp water) to make a paste, then whisk with 40g hot water (85ºC). Pour over 100ml milk of your choice and enjoy iced or hot!
Storage Instructions
Store hojicha in a cool, dry place. Keep the tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to air and sunlight.
