Matcha Latte: Sift 4g of matcha and whisk with 40ml hot water (70-80ºC). Pour over 100ml milk of your choice.
Usucha (Thin tea): Sift 2g of matcha and whisk with 70-90ml of hot water (70-80ºC).
Koicha (Thick tea): Sift 4g of matcha and mix with 30ml hot water (70-80ºC) into a thick, and smooth paste.
Hojicha Latte: Use 4g of hojicha and 15ml (room temp water) to make a paste, then whisk with 40g hot water (85ºC). Pour over 100ml milk of your choice and enjoy iced or hot!
Store matcha and hojicha in a cool, dry place. Keep the tin tightly shut and avoid exposing the matcha to air and sunlight.
Once opened, consume matcha within 4-6 weeks and hojicha within 2-3 months for best quality and taste.
